I posted that. My son in law did it because he was fed up getting to bed and remembering they hadn’t moved him. Gave them a week or so grace. The boys loved it

This is the first year we have done elf on a shelf too, loving the ideas here! The best reactions so far have been to ours having written with my lipstick all over the shower screen, (I really enjoyed feigning annoyance &#128518 and stacking furniture in the living room then sat at the top with a note saying “I’m the king of the castle and you’re a dirty wee rascal”.
