Been booked with Ocean Florida since January. Chased for past 3 days and still nothing! I've rang, messaged and emailed and all i have got is we are looking into this for you and will be in touch asap or it is being dealt with according to departure day so we are stuck as we are not due to go until August 2021.

They're not expediting anything because of the sheer volume. She did confirm that 2021 is from Wednesday though, not today, and acknowledged that the email is wrong and they're getting told nothing. |
