Mobile Recommend me a Faraday signal blocker.

We've picked our new car up this week and need to get a couple of faraday car signal blockers. Any recommendations? I've looked on Ebay and some of them are really cheap so not sure they'll actually work.

I use these...

smile.amazon/gp/produc...?ie=UTF8&psc=1

They work perfectly. I can put the key in one of them and hold it up to the car and it will not let me in.

Had it for nearly 2 years and just went out to my car to try it again. Still working fine. I cannot get into my car with it in the pouch.

Thanks are they big? All the one's I've seen look quite big so I can't see me putting them in my pocket so may just get used at home. We haven't got prime at the moment so might prefer to buy from Ebay although I could probably find something else to order for free delivery otherwise.

I only ever use it at home. I dont see the point when I am out and about. I wont be anywhere near my car. But yes they will fit in my pocket. About the same size as my wallet. I have just tried and my wallet and the pouch with the key in it fits in the same jeans pocket together with no problem.

We have discovered that ours - cheapies from ebay - don't work if you are near the car. The cars just open, even though fobs are in the pouch Haven't tested them yet properly, they are normally in a drawer 4 yards from front door, then another 6 yards to cars outside, so we really need to see if car doors open while they are in drawer. The pouches have a metallic fabric lining, so can only assume that the metal part has worn away from the fabric with use. A bit scunnered TBH, the idea is good, but if they don't work, you could be lulled into a false sense of security. I use my pouch if out in a supermarket, for example, as I don't want to risk being followed while I am browsing and my car is outside.

Going to have to look for something better and more reliable.

I bought cheap ones from Amazon, similar to above, mainly for night time when they are in the cupboard.
However, we also found that the car opened fine when pressing the fob inside the pouch when stood next to the car.
I also found that when the keys had been in the pouch on a night and then taken out to drive the car, then the car would open but the alarm would go off. I'm just not sure if they work.
