Same here! I now don’t eat until later and have Oats so simple porridge, but at lunchtime.

Eggs is a good idea, I also like Mugshots (165 calls approx) followed by fruit, normally a banana as its filling.

Beans on toast is a simple, easy and filling option.

Small jacket potato with Amy filling you like! A protein such as tuna, chicken or ham - low calories and filling.

I sometimes have a mug shot in work they're quick and quite tasty.
I make soup and freeze it in individual portions so I can take it out to defrost the evening before.
Jacket potato with beans and salad.
Pasta salad is another lunch I like
I cook the pasta let it go cold then mix it in with chopped up salad and some ham chicken or tuna add a little low fat mayonnaise and you've got quite a filling lunch

I have cereal, either granola or overnight oats. I find it quite filling (measured amounts 50g).

I skip breakfast for reasons previously mentioned.
