It’s been nice here in Manchester today, the first day without rain for over a week. Looking at the forecast for next week it’s very wet again, lucky I cut my grass today then.

I can’t believe that it’s the middle of May and I’m still wearing thick jumpers, coats and boots.
The heating is still on a but each day and I have yet to swap out the winter quilt. When will normal service resume 😭 |

It was lovely here yesterday I actually managed to get some washing dry outside.
I visited a friend in the afternoon and we sat outside with our coffee which we both really enjoyed. However about 7.30 the heavens opened and it poured down and was still raining when I went to bed around 10.30

Im another who still has the heating on, its normally turned off in April, I can only turn it fully off when wifey goes to work
