You may be lucky enough to inherit their genes then 😀 My hair is still quite fair but the grey is creeping in at the edges. Luckily I got DD to cut my hair last week, she did a really good job of it too and, more importantly, cut the grey bits out 😂

I have lost my waistline during lockdown! Its gone!

What is everyone doing today? We did an epic six mile walk (2 miles were extra because we got lost!)

We did a walk too - well just me , eldest son and my very old doggy . My son suggested it only because he knew the dog doesn’t like walking far so it would be a quick one 😂 it was our first trip out ,shopping aside, since lockdown began . Unfortunately for my son the dog decided he was quite enjoying the riverside walk so took a bit longer than my son envisaged- not as long as six miles though 😀 son and dog are now having a siesta as clearly it was too much for them!

Very lazy sunbathing day for us today, watched the space crew dock and now cooking a roast for tea.

I’ve not been out for a walk yet. I was very nervous at the beginning of the pandemic and stayed in for 8 weeks. I’ve pushed myself and gone grocery shopping the last two weeks which has been difficult but I did it. My next push should be a walk but there’s not really anywhere local suitable and with the 5 mile limit here, it’s not easy to walk somewhere without meeting crowds or going outside the 5 mile rule. Thankfully we do have the large garden to go out in with the dog

I sat in the garden with my daughter until she went to work and then I went for a walk. Just waiting for the chicken to cook and then we are having it with salad and crusty bread

Sounds delicious. It’s been a beautiful day here. We just ate a Sunday roast which was very tasty too
