Mobile Stuffing ... do you pimp yours?

Following on from the Yorkshires thread, do you make your own stuffing? Do you add to a packets mix? Do you have it with your weekly roast?

I've just added recurrant jelly to our packet mix to have with chicken. No yorkshires this week.

How's yours?

We either have :
Cheap and dirty... Paxo, small box made up as the packet says and 3 Richmond sausages - remove skins, mix in, make into balls and bake.

Or virtuous... I shove an onion, a bunch of fresh herbs, the 2 ends of a loaf, a knob of butter and an egg in the magimix. press into a loaf tin and bake.

I usually use a packet. Sometimes just the paxo one and sometimes I buy a fancier packet. I recently got a Magimix so might think about doing my own at some point.

I'm not sure I'll ever be virtuous! I do add sausages for more special dinners.

Packet and extra
Virtuous

No, I hate it messed with, very occasionally I may put a bit of butter in the paxo mix.

One thing that horrifies me is when people chop an onion up and stick it in the paxo, why would you want chunks of onion on a Sunday dinner🤷
