Low calorie lunches

Posting for ideas please. I know there is MFP which I usually point to but really need to cut my own lunch calories down so looking for inspiration from the Dibb.

I like a Lidl chicken and sweetcorn soup that is really tasty and low in calories.
I sometimes make a sandwich, tuna, sweet corn and a tiny bit of low fat mayo
A baked potato with cottage cheese
And lately I have got into a bagel and cream cheese. Really tasty, warm and around 275 calories

I've been having half of the Asda chicken tikka soup with a Warburton thin for 296 calories and also, the 'tik tok' wraps which vary on calories depending on filling. Both very filling.

Omelette
2 scrambled eggs on toast (and/or half a tin of beans)
Jacket potato with cottage cheese
Tuna & egg salad
Avacardo on seeded bread
To be honest I have started having brunch rather than breakfast and lunch. Then a snack in the afternoon. I use up too many calories otherwise 🙈🙈

I've just bought a soup maker. Not tried it yet but thought veg soup has to be better than all the junk I'm snacking on after a low calorie lunch.

We bought one beginning of January and i must admit it’s our go to lunch.
My favourite is frozen garden peas,1 potato,1 onion and some veg stock.
Bung it all in 20 mins later it’s done.
We’ve certainly had our use out of ours.
