I use Wet and Forget and it really good, it doesn’t contain bleach or caustic chemicals.

I’m not sure if it’s pet friendly as we have no pets but I usually spray our paths and patio with 50/50 mixture of hypochlorite and water. I buy it from a local farm supplies shop.
