Black Voices advert

While I understand the advert and aware of the BLM . This advert some what annoys me.

I want to message the black Voices and ask them what about the white people whom get treated in same way? White people who asked about progression in work and showed so much interest but got ignored work with company for 20 years but never ever for offered any promotion though showing so much interest when day came to leave was not even given a card when leaving and not even a goodbye despite another member left two weeks later and was given gifts and cards.

These scenarios happen to many people despite colour and race .

Sure they do - but not usually *because* the person is white. That�s the whole point of this movement.

If someone�s house is on fire, you don�t tell them �all houses matter� or how other people�s houses set on fire too.

White privilege doesn�t mean life is wonderful for white people. It means that of all the reasons you might get treated like dirt, the colour of your skin is not one of them.

My wife was treated like dirt in her job ... I've been bullied in many companies throughout my life which is having a huge impact in my life. I think all people should be treated same .

What com)kete and utter rubbish. This us the nonsense spouted by very rich black people who gave gad all the advantages of life abd pay lip service to a Marxist group who wish, not to make everyone equal, which they are in this country, but to destroy our judicial and political system.
These same black very rich people have ignored the reslmussue within society,which is black in black knifings, murders and rapes.
Only sone black lives matter to this sad bunch and their supporterd
