We’re in LA for Halloween this year and now the tickets have been released we’re thinking of doing HHN Hollywood style.

Has anyone been? Any advice?
I know the park is smaller than Orlando but is there much difference on HHN nights?

We’re planning on going on 31 Oct and I’ve read that this is actually one of the quieter nights?

Trying to weigh up whether express passes are worth it or not...

Do they still do holding stations in the park?

I've only been once before and did RIP but that was only me and my daughter. Now it me +3 and i'm not paying $800+, but also not keen on mega queuing!

Might see you there!
We’ve gone for the express pass option in the end. Would love to do the RIP tour (did it in 2017 in Orlando) but just can’t stretch to it this time.
This was meant to be a cheaper holiday but with the all the tickets, cost of hotels in LA etc it’s not worked out that way

Yes, there a couple. The one by Finnigans is perfect for houses at the front and covers a much wider area now them it used to and has a couple of options for food.

The Simpsons one covers the bar and the food court, perfect if raining and you can grab a bite to eat or drink.

There is a smaller one at the front just by the Betty Boop shop and is good for the house in Shrek or by Barney.

Finally got round to booking our RIP tour for Orlando only to see the prices have gone up! Now $199 plus tax rather than the $179 I think it was previously.

All booked in now though for Wed Sep 25th at 6.30pm. We'll then be back the following Wednesday to do stay and scream and prioritise our favourite houses from the tour! Can't wait!

Edited at 03:31 PM.
