Good to know that Target is still an option when you use a VPN, so thank you 2point for posting.

As we are getting closer to the payment of annual dues and with many more international members having to rent or consider it for the first time, then it might be best to either refresh the earlier threads on buying gift cards and including the need to use a VPN with Target or for someone to start a new thread, which includes the various options from Disney Shop, Target with a VPN and as a very last result from Walmart using your home resort as your US address.

you don't need to use a vpn to purchase off-target, just use a usa address, mine happens to have a 32810 zip, goes through fine every tme
