Is there a DVC email address? Maybe we should all email our dismay from international owners. Probably won’t achieve anything but may make me feel better to have a say 😏
Very frustrating for all those who lost points.

Yay, a 5% increase. We haven’t lost any points yet but it’s still frustrating to see the costs go up when so many owners haven’t been able to get near Disney. I am hoping that there will be an offset line on the final bill since the fees quoted are a 2021 projection rather than 2020 actuals.

That’s what I’ve read on the other boards too - they can’t reduce these dues as they are for next year, it’s whether they see fit to give us a reimbursement for some of last year.

The cynical part of me wonders if they will be monitoring social media to see how well or badly received this increase is, to see if they can avoid giving a rebate!

Not a good day at the Morrow residence.

Thank goodness we have paid off 70% already.

Just checked as I stopped paying monthly in case we did get a reduction but we have also paid about the same as you. Will make a payment in Dec and then it won’t be as bad in Jan but will still be frustrating 😕

I am hoping there will be some sort of assessment credit on the final statement, It's hard to see how there wont be something. I get the 5-6% increase as CM wages have the final bump in pay to make it $15 ph min this year. Suppose will have to wait for that statement that comes round Christmas and see what it says.

The e-mail from DVC said there may be a credit applied for this year. So it could be that 2021 has gone up as normal but we could see a rebate of some sort for 2020?

Seems strange but while OKW increased by 6.6549% the cost for administration and front desk, income taxes, maintenance and security actually decreased, so presumably the increase would have been a lot higher had those actually increased at the same rate of the others.

Edited at 06:35 PM. Reason: Correcting an error.

Never believed there may be any refund and to be honest expected a chunk of a rise.
Dont think anything is going to be cheap next year!
Maybe a better exchange rate is on the way and might help.
