Hong Kong Disneyland fireworks

I read today that Disney in the Stars fireworks is finishing on 1st January 2018. After emailing Disney I am non the wiser to what the replacement will be. I got a polite but generic email back. I missed Disneyland California fireworks due to the weather so I'm starting to think I'm jinxed!

Does anyone have any idea or have heard any rumours to what will be on in February?

Not 100% sure, but from what I've read they aren't having evening fireworks until the castle has been transformed which will begin following the finale of the "Disney in the Stars" fireworks on Jan 1st 2018. It's supposed to be completed sometime in 2019.

Thank you Rae. I think it'll just be the Paint the Night parade then, I haven't seen that before so that's something to get excited for! I'm there the week after Chinese New Year so I'm hoping to get the tail end of the celebrations too.
