Mobile Icon Park

Hi everyone,
We saw that there is a new country bar/restaurant opening called Ole Red. It says it will be in Icon Park complex but when you look at Icon Park, it appears you need to buy a ticket? Is that right, do you have to buy a ticket just visit restaurants?
