Mobile Reynauds

Hi, I apologise in advance. This isn't too much of a Florida question. I'm looking for advice.
I've suffered from manageable reynauds for years, I'm 40 now. In the last year it has become far worse. I'm currently barely able to walk on my foot due to debilitating pain chilblains.
I'm just back from the gp today and being referred to hospital. Firstly does anyone have any tips for easing chilblains? Secondly are there any special creams or medicine available in Florida that I could try?

Pickles ointment here from Amazon is also good and Okeefes moisturiser is also great for the sore Hacks ( Scottish) word for the cracks and breaks that can go hand in hand with them

I know all about hacks. I live there too.
Thank you for those ideas

Are you on prescribed oral medication? I work as a pharmacist and we give quite a few tablets for Raynauds .

I've tried nifedipine and it makes no difference. Today I went to the doctors and begged for them to refer me to a specialist. It's got so bad that I'm avoiding going outside for any length of time. I've suffered the itching and burning of chilblains for years but this is real pain this time. I've also asked to be tested for scleroderma
