Disney photographers inclusive of packages

Hello, me again
Hope I'm not annoying anyone too much, there is still PLENTY of time or that though.

I was just looking through packages again, for the Escape package, does any one know what actual photographs you receive from it? and also, do you receive this straight away, or does it take a few weeks like the proof book and website?

You will get an album with 20 shots chosen by the photographer of the ones he/she takes of the day. It'll be delivered to your room several days later.

A lot of brides like to use another photographer too as Disney photos have been a bit hit and miss in the past - one of the most popular is Randy Chapman, but the name Misty Miotto floats around too

We are using Randy for our honeymoon shoot, can't wait!

I was just worried you didn't get any actual shots, this is good news though.
Yes, I have heard they can be a bit hit or miss. Randy seems top of my list for extra photographs at the moment.

If you haven't already got it, may I suggest the Disney weddings & honeymoon passporter Ebook. It's such a fantastic resource for information, and will really explain whats included in the Escape package, added extras you can have etc

We're also hiring an outside photographer, Jason Angelini mainly because it was something that was important for me to be perfect and I didn't want to regret not paying to get the styles photos I love.

If you were thinking about hiring an outside photographer some of the main ones often used by Disney Brides are The Roots, Studio 222, David & Vicki Arndt and Misty Miotto

I'm hoping this is still the case as it's not mentioned in the latest update of the passporter is this a high res disk?, i can't remember?

Yes, we got both our wedding shots and Magic Kingdom photos on a CD.

I think UK brides (and any other international brides) get a CD because its not worth Disneys bother to ship prints overseas so I think it will continue.
