GCSE parents?

Verdict is in for the French writing exam and it’s a 9/10. He said that one went really well. He thinks he’s done better in the actual exams than the mocks so fingers crossed. He has worked very hard and deserves a good mark.
Maths and Geography on Tuesday, Physics on Wednesday and English Lit on Thursday.

Oh the joys of Xbox control. My DS always moans that its the only thing I ever do. I explain that its the only thing that he's bothered about so hell yes I'm going to use that against him. He's only Yr9 so I already REALLY looking forward to GCSEs with him!

DD felt Chemistry was hard. She managed to get some bullet points down but isn't sure how well she has done. She doesn't have any today either but has gone in to school for study sessions. The school doesn't actually allow them study leave but its surprising how many of her friends who aren't going in. Thankfully DD prefers to go to school as it forces her to study - what this space as that won't be my DS's preference!

DD has her second and last PE exam this afternoon. She’s looking forward to one subject being completed. Originally she was thinking of taking it as an A Level but after the last exam on Tuesday she’s now not so sure so may do Sports as a BTEC instead.

My daughter has Drama this afternoon. She doesn’t have a break until next Friday.

That’s 9 school days on the run, she’s coping very well with it. Will definitely need a relax next Friday

DS is on french reading this afternoon, not a great subject for him, I think it is History on Monday

I’ve heard from both of mine and they were pleasantly surprised by the French too. Dd is done for the day now but ds has PE this afternoon.

I’ve promised them both Domino’s for dinner for getting through week 1.

When does everyone finish? My dd finishes on 14th June but my ds doesn’t finish until 20th which seems really late 😩
