Travel sickness

I always use stugeron before flying and it works for me. I get terrible travel sickness and know if I haven't taken them.

My youngest DS has been sick just before landing on our last 3 return journeys from Florida, he is fine on all other flights! Not sure if it is because he is tired, have tried travel sickness tablets which didn't help , may try the bands next time.

I used to get travel sick when I was younger, like others have said i did grow out of it when I was mid-teens. I used the travel bands and kwells or joy rides (don't know if you can still get these) I used to always take a hand held fan as well to keep me cool as it was sometimes the heat that made me feel ill.

might be worth trying a medication called Bonine that you can get in the USA. I find these brilliant for sea sickness. Obviously you need to check that you are able to take this medication safely.

I use Dramamine which you have to buy in the US. I used to use Sea Legs here as it had the same active ingredient, but they stopped selling it years ago.
