I received that email from touring plans and the dibb today. I too have booked Cabana Bay for the exact reason to get in an hour earlier than everyone else and smash the busy rides quickly! This is the second time in a week that Universal have messed around with the early admission and subsequent ly messed up my plans. I'm hoping it gets reinstated!

I've exchanged messages with them on Twitter. They say they reserve the right to change opening hours. I said that they shouldn't advertise it as a major feature of their parks. It is still on the front page of Cabana Bay website. I argued the toss with them but the best I got was an offer of a $25 dollar gift card! Pathetic!

I’m quite annoyed too! I wouldn’t say it’s the main reason I booked onsite but I think it may affect our choice to go to to VB. I had planned to use the extra hour to go as DH is really not a water parks fan

This is the reply I got from them on Twitter. I'd sooner cancel and spend the money elsewhere to be honest. Still staying for one night at the RPR for the Express passes.
