You just get one QR code and that’s all you need. It has the details of the form in the email with the family listed. It’s honestly not a big deal.

You don’t have to print it? Everyone was showing them on their phones. I have no intention of printing anything out on the way home.

I've read that you don't need to print it out. You can either print it out or have it available on your phone to show

We are in Rhodes now and just showed the QR code and form on my phone.

I flew to Kos on Wednesday. We filled in the greece passenger locator form. I believe that 48 hours before we fly home we have to fill in the UK equivalent form.

The advice appears to have changed on the FCO website and anyone over 18 needs there own form/ qr code

Will do one each and hope the advice doesnt change again before we travel 🤞

Has anyone been into Greece in the last few days?

UK Gov are saying we need 1 form per person over 18 - but the Greek website asks us to check a box to confirm I will only submit 1 per person.

I filled one out last week for me, and then added my Husband to that. Hopefully thats OK but the different info is confusing!

When I rang the greek embassy they said one per person and all travellers in you group have to be on each form

Sorry not great on posting links, but a U.K. family has tested positive after the random checks they do at Greek airports, it’s Corfu I believe and it’s a Tui Resort x
