For those that have just booked for 2021...

I’ve got two room reservations, both invoices show the package but on MDE only one shows hotel and tickets package but the other only says basic package. I got the final invoice on Friday for one of the revised bookings (which showed the deposit moved over from our previous booking) but not the other.

I did online chat on MDE and it only shows the basic package at their end too so I’m going to have to ring them.

I presume it’ll eventually come through but I want to start planning park reservations.

Ah, thanks for letting me know Kat, that’s exactly how mine looks and, like you, my booking was a change from an existing booking. Please can you let me know what they say when you call and likewise I’ll let you know if / when mine gets sorted out? Thanks so much x

Ok, so I decided to ring Disney. Melanie the lovely cast member could see that there was a discrepancy with one of the two bookings and went off to the powers that be who rectified the problem straight away.

Both rooms are now showing the offer after I logged out and back in again on MDE.

I think this will be the only way of doing this so I’d give them a call.

0800 169 0730 - (this was the number that they gave me via chat on MDE)

I would imagine that if you didn’t book through Disney direct you may need to ring the agent that you used.

Yes, I booked through OA so will phone them up to get them to sort it. 🤞

OA gave me a phone number to call Disney and eventually all got sorted. It sounds like it got muddled because my booking was changed so much from the postponed trip this August. All sorted now though. Rather enjoyed booking all the park days for next year 😊
Fingers crossed we get to go now 😃🤞

I’m going to book parks this weekend. I’m just trying to prolong my enjoyment and spacing out all the exciting planning bits! 😂
