My disney experience app

hoping someone can help, whenever I sign into MDE on my laptop it chucks me out and asks me to sign in AGAIN ...on my mobile app, i'm trying to book ADR's and I get as far as clicking terms & condition and then it says 'having trouble loading the page'... its most frustrating...when I originally booked the ADR's at the cut off point I had to ring rather than do online (which was fine because they were amazing and sooooo helpful & lovely) but i'm thinking of when i'm actually at the park and I want to change ADR plans... and eventually FP's... !
I've deleted the app and reinstalled ..to no avail!

This happens to me sometimes if I use Internet Explorer.

It never happens when I use Chrome or on my phone. So try using a different browser if you're using IE

MDE designed as an app so would try and use on iPad or smartphone if possible

I had to use Chrome and then it worked fine, good luck

Can you use an app on your laptop?

I only use the laptop / website for looking at things, I can’t book anything over the website as I just get logged out.

I use the app on my iPad for making ADRs and that nearly always works.
