So if it's covered by parks and resorts I wonder how they've broken down the running cost, does it have it's own property tax, is the water and electricity supply separately metered, do they cover the cost of all employees involved in it's running, elevator cost, separate insurance cover and so on.
It isn't parks and resorts that own it, it's DVD according to the accounts. DVD pay the dues on it also as above, which covers the running costs. Whether parks and resorts could lease it off DVD- who knows.

The view from there of there of the fireworks is pretty meh anyway, but if I was an owner I would vent my frustration to DVC.

I assume there will be more of these, and if they help to keep the place open it's a good thing, as apart from fireworks time its really underused ( I sat in there for an hour and a half last year and we were the only party there the whole time)

The Short notice is bad though, they are really making major errors on the PA front recently under this new Director.
