I am also loved greatly by the mozzie community and it's been a hit and miss over the last few years on what works for me, so this is the guide that protects me from "MOST" bites - Only got 2 this year...≈

4 weeks before holiday:

Odourless garlic pills (Holland & Barrett)
B Complex/Vitamin B1 (H&B again)
1 x Antihistamine daily

Continue all of the above from a few weeks before your holiday and throughout the holiday and add in "Skin So Soft" after every shower - EVERYWHERE - and I mean EVERYWHERE! on our 1st night this time I clearly missed a couple of areas and earned myself a couple of trophy bites!≈

I was advised by a woman on our cruise this year on how to deal with the trophy bites I got...

used antibacterial hand wash on them which helped greatly and then (not advising people do this but it worked for me! ) paint clear nail varnish over the 2 bites and repeated this daily until the inflammation left... and it worked - no itches and the bite healed up within the 1st week - which is unheard of for me! - usually any bites on me swell to size of my head and require me to take antibiotics when I return home!≈
