Not really, he just said I will sort out your issues and he did.I think I will have to research memory Maker now.

I had problems using an iPad with safari so I used Google Chrome and everything was ok. All tickets now assigned.

The whole call took 44 minutes! There was a problem somewhere and couldn't be fixed right away so ended up being logged for somebody else to look into. Just checked this morning though and it's all been fixed, 4 tickets and memory makers are showing, hooray! Also had a problem with the app so was talking to him for a bit about that too.
Was such a nice man, just hearing they American voice who I knew worked for actual disney got me so excited about our trip! Eeeek!

Glad you have it sorted. I’ve been the planning section reading up on memory Maker...so much to plan now.

Thanks! I knew it needed to be sorted because as it stood I wouldn't be able to book fastpasses or anything. We don't go until November so I had plenty of time but I'm a planner and like everything to be sorted in advance!

The funs about to begin for you!
