Calling users of philips lumea ipl

A bit TMI but I’ve always been a bit in the hairy side and for a very pale skin tone have quite dark hair.
I’ve already had tests for PCOS so I know this isn’t the cause.
As I’m getting older the dark hair growth is now happening on my upper lip and chin.
I’ve bitten the bullet and invested in a phillips lumea IPL and have just completed my 3rd treatment. I seem to be seeing results in the form of patchy areas on my legs, bikini line and top lip. But I’m also seeing reduction on parts where the hair is white blond which apparently it shouldn’t work on.
Anyway to get back to the point, how long/how many treatments has it taken for anyone else to see results?
Just to point out I’m seeing some results so not disheartened yet, but wondering how long it might be before it becomes really noticeable

Oooo following with interest cause I quite fancy one of those myself! Just can’t bring myself to spend the money whilst all my research is coming up mixed!

I can't comment on the machine, however I had professional laser treatment many years ago and it was the best thing I ever did. I have fair skin and dark hair, my legs haven't grown a single hair in 4 years now, it's amazing

I got it special offer when it was 50% off, it's not cheap but I would say well worth it.

I've had one for a few years. I'm reasonably happy with the results. I did it religiously to start off and now I'll do it every few months or so whith shaving in between. It's not a machine to banish hair forever.
My underarm hair has always looked grubby and it still grows but is fainter and less. My bikini line is further and further away from my legs but I'll only need shave that whent the stragglers get a bit too long

My legs are really good and I can wear a short skirt for weeks without shaving.
I'm quite a pale person.
