When to buy tickets for Aug 2020?

So I've just seen an offer on Attraction Tickets Direct for Adult tickets same price as Child.

Disney and Universal Combo £705 each.

I have no clue if there's ever really any discounting or sales for the park tickets?

What are your experienced thoughts on when to book and are there ever sales on them?

Lastly, we mainly want to do the Universal parks as majority of the party are late teens and adults. But there's a few things we'd like to do at Disney. I heard you can often get a Disney release for a 3/4 day pass in the New Year, is this true?

Thanks all x

I've just had a conversation with my DH about this 'deal'. The adults at kids prices aren't as good as some other deals as the kids prices are so expensive! For example you can get combo ticket adult at £701 and kids at £674 with Orlando Attraction Tickets (using the code MSE5). For us that's a saving of £70 for a family of 2 adults & 2 children over the ATD deal.

We’re going in June 2020, going to wait til Black Friday, I’m guessing it’s not like tickets won’t be available

I carried on looking yesterday afternoon and realised these weren't great prices!

So hard to know when to get everything!

I'm going to leave it for the minute. It seems that a lot of the deals are geared towards 2019 tickets at the moment. I'll keep an eye on all the prices for Disney 14 days, Universal 3 park and combo tickets so that I know whether or not the price is any good. It is very hard knowing when to bite the bullet though!
