Mobile Hard Rock Riviera Maya room locations

Anyone stayed at this hotel and can recommend a preferred room location? High floor or ground? We don’t want to be too far from the main building but still want a quiet room. A sea view would be good too. TIA x

Following with interest as we have just booked for next year with TC.

Booked for Auhust with Flights out of Glasgow- nearly 3k cheaper than Manchester flights!

Hotel looks amazing looking forward to it!

That’s when we are going too, also out of Glasgow. We booked the teen package and fly on 8th August for 14 nights. I’m also trying to figure out the ‘limitless credits’ if you’ve any more info on how that works?

Is that next year? If so I’m sure that’s the same dates as us!

From what I’ve seen the limitless resort credit is pretty much worthless!

Friend of mine went to HR in the Dominican and they had a similar thing. They said in the Hard Rock shop, T shirts and the like we’re priced up at (for example) $80 which you could use resort credit against. However they charged you a 25% service fee so the cost would still end up being $20 or so.

They said you could use it on excursions and spa treatments etc, but it ended up costing you the going rate by the time you’d paid the service fee.

Our youngest was looking at Woodward - she’s seen the cost is $100 per day so will cost her $25 for the service fee.

Might come in handy for some things but I’m not expecting a lot from it to be honest.

I went last year and stayed in a rock royalty room - I think it cost around £350 more for the week but was so worth it!

Before I went I read lots of reviews saying the resort credits were worthless but I didn’t find that. You basically pay 20% of what the cost would be. We did camp Woodward and the ninja warrior course. Also did a deluxe dolphin swim package for a fraction of the price!

You can also use credits to upgrade drinks packages and have private dinner on the beach.

I’m happy to answer any questions 😊

Thanks- anything you’d reccomend in particular? We have young kids, 4 and 14 so some stuff we can’t do. It’s a very chilled holiday for us this one so want to keep busy if we can.

We were only there for a week but there’s lots to do - camp Woodward, ninja warrior, great shows and entertainment, we also enjoyed the dolphin swim.

There’s a zip wire and on the beach you can use kayaks, snorkels etc. They also do things like guided walks around the property to see the monkeys (very cute!).

You can also use resort credits to hire electric guitars for your room 😁
