Avis preferred problem

I've downloaded the app but I cant seem to get my BA car hire booking to link can anyone tell me where I'm going wrong!?

I emailed Avis with my preferred number and BA booking reference and they added it for me.

Send an email to the following

customer.service@avis.co.uk, avispreferred-reservations@avis.co.uk & uk.reservations@abg.com

One of them will pick it up and add it for you, alternatively you can call BA and ask them to send a request to link it for you which usually takes a few hours.

I had the same last year, as has already been suggested, I quick call to Avis sorted it, they then just added my booking to my preferred number manually
