Paper Bags!

Popped into Boots, today and got a few bargains. At checkout asked for a bag as I had given my spare to DS2. 7p for a paper bag that lasted 5/10 mins before ripping to bits! Not sure how re-usable a paper bag is, LOL. Will definitely make a point in throwing a bag in handbag when I go out, Primark is another place where the bags don't last 5 mins if any weighty items are bought xx

Just take a reusable small fold up bag with you wherever you go. Simple

I don't find the Primark bags too bad, to be honest. That's one of the only places I don't bother taking my own bags.

I always have a couple of cotton fold up bags handy. Never pay for a bag - saves money and the environment.

I have a reusable bag I keep with me at all times. It folds up into a smaller bag and so handy.

I bought a few of the reusable bags at Disney in March and carry the small one in my handbag. They’re strong and the handles are comfortable (don’t dig in when heavy load).

It's a difficult choice. Per use paper bags have a much larger carbon footprint than plastic bags.

BUT paper bags don't cause the problems with wildlife that plastic ones do.

Yes this. They do not have to charge for paper bags. And it annoys me when they do. Especially as they cost so little to produce.

I hate forgetting my reusable one.
