Christmas pudding

If you like it, you may find like me you get a bit more experimental every year, i soak my fruits for around three days now, before using in my pud, but I know peoole who have soaked all year in a jar! Am not quite there yet... but its very forgiving, dont worry about how much of anything, or how long to soak, or steam, or store. Just try it and enjoy!

Well all steamed and changed the paper and they smell amazing, cannot wait to try.😁

Dont forget to feed your puddings! I use a capful of brandy, every couple to three weeks, and just poke the pudding with a cocktail stick before tipping it on.
