The Christmas Blues

I stopped enjoying Christmas a few years ago, and this year is worse than ever. I have a list as long as my arm and zero enthusiasm to get it done.
I�m going to try to get out for a nice long walk every day now to see if that helps... I�m just a grumpy person at the moment and even though I�m aware I�m struggling to shrug it off.
Apart from a walk anyone else got some suggestions or advice?

Have you tried Kalms. They work for me. Sometimes I have to take one dose of two a day and that helps.
