While I do agree If your really hungry you will eat it, my son only likes plain food, my mil only eats simple food but always says put in front of them and if they don’t eat let them starve. I feel like making a curry and telling her to eat it as she wouldn’t. My son would happily eat marmite sandwiches but I make him scrambled eggs on toast as he likes that x

Spanish chicken with rice for us!

Regular weekday meals for us:
Curry, Spanish chicken, Lasagne, Cottage pie (bulk cook these two and freeze them), carbonara, pasta and pesto, spag Bol, chicken stuffed with cheese wrapped in bacon with pots and veg, pork chops, gammon, fajitas

Can i.ask, when do you all get time to.cook from.scratch? I love making lasagnas and own. Bolognaise sauces for spaghetti Bolognese etc but it's time 😔

I don't - I use a jar. Most now have low salt, low sugar, options and consist mainly tomatoes/tomato puree/onions/oil and herbs, so I use a jar.

We are having spaghetti and meatballs with garlic bread and a big bowl of salad on the side.

Homemade meatballs (I have a magimix so takes 2 minutes), jar of sauce (Dolmio low sugar).
