Logging on through different devices

I need some tech help.
I can get on okay through my phone and pc at work, but can I get on via my iPad, can I ☹️💩👿😣😒☹️😡😠
I've tried resetting my password so many times, my iPad is not recognising my user name.
Can anyone help please

It is because you have a ' in your username. iPads will type it as an oblique � apostrophe. Simply hold down the key and choose the straight one in the fly out options.

If you still have no joy I can remove the ' from your username completely.
