From memory, you order the meats that you want i.e. we had sirloin & shrimp - it comes with the noodles and veg and you also get a soup beforehand all included. I'm pretty certain you can book but we haven't needed to the two times we have been (party of 4). If you do have to wait they have a nice sushi bar where you can enjoy a beer or cocktail.

Here it is for LBV, they vary slightly. You just order your own meat fish and it’s cooked in front of you - they perform various tricks whilst they are cooking

Bear in mind if you're having teppanyaki, you'll share a table with other diners, so you may wait while they get a group large enough to put a grill on. Having said that, each time we've ate there, we've never waited more than five or ten minutes.

I like meeting other people at dinner - we have met some really nice folks in Teppan Edo. It’s nice to chat with other adults as it’s only myself and my DD11 who travel together.

Only if a big party. I'd say 4-6 you won't need to.
