Atd - Disney gift cards

Just wondering if anybody else has had issues receiving their Disney gift card from attractions tickets direct? I was expecting ours by courier today and nothing has arrived. The tracking does not work and I must admit I feel anxious that they did not arrive especially when we have two rooms booked so the cards are worth 600 dollars!

Mine arrived not the day after I received the email but the day after. My tracking didn't work either. The email makes it sound like next day delivery. They weren't signed for either, just pushed through the letter box. If you haven't got them a couple of days after the email I'd give them a ring.

I rang them the other day asking when we get ours and they stated they will be dispatched 4 weeks before my holiday. However when I initially spoke with the operator they didn't even think we had gift cards! I politely informed them that I was expecting $400! They then agreed! I'm hoping they do arrive soon as we actually leave a week before the holiday I booked through ATD.

I was told 4 weeks before departure, i told them we were leaving earlier than our Disney part of the stay so our details were updated with a new departure date, so the trigger for the cards to be dispatched was earlier. Might be worth ringing/emailing them.

Still didn't arrive today so I rang Atd. Very helpful lady reassured me that they will sort it for me. We leave 4 weeks tomorrow. Will update when I have more news.

Can anyone confirm these are actual gift cards for $300 ? Last time we had a similar offer we just had a voucher to swap it in disney springs...

Yes they are. We received 3x$100 dollar gift cards 4 weeks before our departure date. They did take a couple of days to arrive after the email though.
