Sorry to read that the weather is playing havoc with your plans again. You’ll get on that bloody balloon one day - you just gotta have faith to quote George Michael!
And, did I read a cryptic clue to suggest you’ll be returning next year?, lol! (the part about you buying enough Secret deodorant to last a year!).
Seriously though, just want to say what a pleasure it is to read your trippie- you always put so much effort into them, upload so many photos and have such great itineraries. It’s like a little bit of escapism each day reading along! Thank you!

We only sleep in the main master and I find it comfy (if a bit rustly noise wise ) but kevin did say he found it a bit less comfy this year than last. No idea why. We do sleep on a rock solid mattress at home though, so anywhere feels a bit softer.

The kids have never commented and just said ‘they’re fine’ when I just asked, so I imagine they’re ok!

Shame about that balloon but at least you've got a refund so don't need to worry about it again, although now you've got rid of that Groupon you'll probably find its working next time you visit!

Shame about the balloon, we did manage to do it in 2011 and enjoyed it although as I am scared of heights I had to hold on tight and not move.
