Linking tickets MDE

Hi
I have booked a package with WDTC, back when the 2020 offer was released, for Dec 2020. I know it's early, but I am wondering if the following are normal:
- hotel shows on MDE website, but no tickets
- no hotel, no tickets show on the iphone mde app -unable to add as it says that [ my name ] already holds this reservation
I have tried logging in / out of mde on either sites.
Maybe it's too soon - if so I am wondering when things get updated / working properly?
I am pretty sure there are some Dibbers who know the answers!
