Alamo Brits Cancel/Rebook

Hi. Noticed prices coming down so am tempted to cancel and Reebok
When I log into my booking it says I can’t cancel online I must phone a US number? Anyone else had this or knows why mine appears to be different to everyone else’s? Not done skip counter or any additional steps other than book and pay. Thanks

Not sure. I was able to cancel and amend online with Alamo Brits.

OP. Like Lisa above I have always been able to cancel and rebook. Give me an hour or so as mine for Nov has dropped another £5 so I will be doing it again later and will check for you.

Maybe a glitch in their system?

OK. I just changed mine, no issues at all. There must be a glitch affecting yours. have you tried going into the booking via the E Mail confirmation and also the Brits website? Worth trying both ways.

Thanks all. Went through the link on the email rather than the Alamo site allowed me to cancel online. £12.26 saved. Half way to a days parking at universal

Had same issue as Op, online saying cannot cancel online. Followed link in confirmation email and modified saving £30 👌
