Best place to stay Miami Orlando

Recommend Hampton Inn Blue Lagoon if you don't want to go too far - free breakfast and pool and opposite a Starbucks and a publix for anything you might need

Have also stayed at the Doubletree opposite Sawgrass Mills shopping mall but a bit further to drive after a long flight.

We have stayed at the Hilton Blue Lagoon drive which is about 5-10 mins from the airport, and also at the Wyndham Deerfield Beach which is just over and hour from Miami. Both good, clean, comfortable hotels.

We stayed in this hotel Hampton Inn Blue Lagoon last November and I can certainly recommend it also. Our flight was in quite late and being November it was dark so we got the shuttle bus direct to hotel and then went back to airport the next morning on the shuttle bus to pick up the car (didn't haul the cases back just drove back to hotel and then checked out). Great breakfast there too.

It was very convenient. As mentioned above lots of shops and restaurants around. It was also very close to the motorway and the start of US27 which was the route we took as that suited us at the Orlando end also. A nice quiet route up and back. Took us about 5 hours in total but that included a break for lunch in Sebring and a browse around a few shops to stretch our legs as we weren't in a hurry.
