Not happy
We book at bongos at downtown via dnp online take kids over get there to be told 30 mins behind which would of been a 9 o'clock sit down . To top it off no sorry instead the guy pulls a young waitress on his lap gives her a cuddle and a kiss shocked expect better from disney

We had awful service at Bongo's. Wouldn't go back, which is a shame cause the food was alright!

Bongos was awful service!
We also had to wait around 30 mins after our booked time. No apology, and very rude staff. |

unfortunately a reservation just means you'll get the next available table (providing there's nobody else with one in front obviously!) it doesn't mean you'll be sat down at that time like you would think. Although 20 minutes is the longest I have ever waited at disney!
however the service sounds awful, I would certainly report it!

Bongos is not a Disney owned restaurant. Gloria Estafan is involved in it! That said they are operating on Disney property and you do expect certain standards. I should lodge a complaint with Disney but all they can do is have a word with the manager. However, I would send a complaint to Bongos (personally I would have made the complaint at the time):

That's how ADRs work - whilst you may be given a time to arrive you will not be seated until a table that will accommodate your party size becomes available so it can involve a wait. Back in November we had to wait 40 minutes to get a table for two with ADR at Liberty tree Tavern. However, the supervisor did give us an open ended Fastpass voucher by way of apology.
