No need for a chemist, you just buy them off the shelf in the supermarket.

And look on the dietary supplement shelves rather than sleep aid section - they're cheaper!

We normally just buy them off the shelf in Target but have seen them in CVS too. I always take 1 just after getting on the flight to come home. It helps me get a reasonable sleep before I have a long drive home after the flight.

In the end I bought some from Vitamin World (5mg) which I swallow with water just before bed and they are working for me as I got back on Thursday and slept through the night and woke at my usual time without an alarm. As others have said they are easily available off the shelf at Walgreens, CVS (a new one just about to open opposite Point Orlando), Target and Walmart 😴😴😴

I need to get some for my son. He needs them as he suffers with sleep problems. I also need them for jet lag, as I used them last time and they were brilliant.

Thanks ! 👍
