What a chaotic experience! After having a good dinner experience here the other night I wish I'd never booked the FP for this as it's tainted my view slightly.

Food is okay but ordering process is confusing and the server was unhelpful. No QS dessert for children when you get one everywhere else so they were disappointed. Server said we couldn't have tuna cooked to preference even though menu said you could?! And when I requested children's pork came without sauce she said this couldn't be done. Got the chef out and voila, pork without sauce.

All a bit rushed and hectic. Food arrived about 1min after we had sat down.

Not a great experience, wouldn't bother for lunch again in the future.

We didn't have a great experience either. We weren't on the DDP, but I'm sure my DD got a cookie with her kids meal. My husband ordered Tuna, definitely as we all joked about it, and the CM ordered him Croque Mousier, and then when we complained they basically shrugged and said too bad.

Our dinner experience there last year was horrific... we had to wait almost an hour for our food, and 20 minutes before the server even appeared to offer us drinks!
I have been hoping to get a FP for lunch for this trip to give it another chance, but doesn't sound like I'll be missing much if I can't! It's such a let down of a restaurant

Yeah the desserts we got weren't what we ordered either but I gave up. They could have a cookie she said afterwards but would have had to switch one of their veggies which would have made a poor dinner really. I gave them our desserts.

Doesnt sound too good,we have a dinner reservation next month,not on dining plan,hope its a better experience.

What a shame people have had poor experiences, I had a great experience there on my birthday!

Dinner was perfectly fine, lovely experience was just lunch that sucked!

We went there for lunch today and it was fine, my son ordered the roast beef baguette without horseradish and that's what arrived. We thought it was a lovely experience , great food and would go back tomorrow !

I guess it depends on the server. Ours was really awkward whilst at dinner they had been great. I put it down to it being a QS/no tip. The chef was very helpful though and much nicer.
