Here now and have eaten at a few signature restaurants. Went to monsieur paul in Epcot for the first time. It was terrible. Poor service and food. By far the best was flying fish. Our first visit since the refurbishment and menu change. Was amazing. Off to brunch at the cali grill tomorrow. Also had great food at yak and yeti.

Glad you're enjoying eating your way round the world.
Sounds good. Let me know please about California brunch, I really like the sound of it and it has good reviews.

Enjoy your holiday.

Narcoossee's is a must. It's fabulous! Topped California Grill for food for us this time.

We also really rate the Brown Derby which is really handy for a DHS day 👍🏻

Le Cellier steaks are amazing. We had a fantastic experience there but I know it can be hit and miss!

Heard great things about Jiko, the Boathouse, Flying Fish and Citricos is really fab too!

Thank you. Yes we have definitely settled on Narcoossee's for the end of our trip. We are hoping to rent points for our last couple of nights at GF. so this would be perfect.

I would also rate The Flying Fish.
We went shortly after it re-opened and they were definitely having a few teething problems but it was still good. Charming server but she didn't know the menu or the wines.
My only gripe was that we heard a chef say
'I'm not happy with the sear on those scallops' to another chef but I was still served them!
The texture just wasn't quite right but it was ok.
No, I didn't say anything!

Love scallops. Like you I wouldn't have said anything unless it was really bad.
I've made my signature list, I think. Might change my mind by ADR time in May. lol As it stands, it is,

Brunch CG
Dinner Narcoossee's
Dinner Flying Fish
Dinner Jiko
Dinner Fantasmic Package Brown Derby

How does that look?

Wendy. We don't do brunch but I can see the appeal. Been quite a few very complimentary posts about the CG brunch lately. We need pics of your food!

I don't go until November but I do plan to try and post a live photo food report.
If only I could do that as a full time job.
