We had bread served before anything we had ordered at The Wave at the Contenporary resort and at the Grand Floridian Cafe.

Liberty tree tavern dinner you get bread service - as I always way too much of it as it's so delicious!

Thanks! So it does sound like it's mainly the resort hotels then.

I can understand Ohana's/LTT/GG etc as they are "family-style" meals, it's the ones where you are just ordering separate off a menu (eg app, entree or dessert).

The yummy bread at 'Ohana is also provided at Kona Cafe, and that's a "normal" restaurant - though still in a resort.

A few other anomalies from the resort = bread theory we found last week:

We had nice Ethiopian bread at Skippers, lovely French bread at Chefs; none provided at ESPN or Big Grille & Brewing Works (though you could argue they aren't resort restaurants per se).

Olivia's in OKW did a bread service, as did Raglan Road...I can still taste the amazing soda bread with Guinness reduction dip. This was October 2015 so praying this is still included.

Trying to remember which other park restaurants we visited but I do remember being given bread before the meal at Tutto Italia and Le Cellier in Epcot and at Be our Guest Dinner at MK (and of course the buffet restaurants all include bread). I think most of the actual table service restaurants provide bread before the meals - and usually very nice bread. I know DS13 loves bread and I try to limit the amount he eats so he still has room for the far more expensive food!

Yak & Yeti is the only one I can think of off the top of my head that didn't do a bread service.
