Virgin Holidays transfer from airport to hotel?

Hi all,

My other half is telling me I need to book seats on Disney Express, but when I look at our itinery from Virgin I already have:

'Transfer: Orlando Airport(MCO) to Orlando Hotel - Shared Coach by Seat in Coach'

Is this Disney Express or is it something Virgin do and do I actually need to book things further. Probably a dumb question but I just want to be sure Thanks

If you are going to a Disney resort it will be The Disney Express

I think Virgin must do their own transfers because when I've priced it up with them online there's a charge when adding the transfer. Disney's Magical Express is free.

So I'm assuming you have a transfer booked with Virgin, not Disney.

I'm sure someone on the dibb said they cancelled the virgin transfer and got some money back. Then booked the magical express as it is foc.

Virgin have their own transport using a meers coach.

As others have indicated Virgin Holidays price in their own transfers not Disney Magical Express.
If you are travelling to a WDW resort hotel, you can book DME transfers free of charge, then cancel the VH transfers and others have obtained a refund for this portion of their holiday.

This.
You can arrange your own transport on the magical express for free here.
Inform Virgin and ask for a refund. We did it and after their 'admin cost' for doing it we received about £40 back.

I've got a holiday booked with virgin holidays and we had to cancel the virgin transfers and book the magic express online. Our virgin invoice now says magic express.
