Very interesting news and now something to look at.

Now wondering if this will spark the other parks to include the same or even a car park season ticket?

That is good news, I am going to upgrade and factor in a trip to Busch on my planning now.

Would be nice, but I doubt it. The other parks are reeling it in regardless of parking charge. I think SW are using it to increase the number of visitors and to encourage them to buy a (slightly) more expensive package.

Will all tickets of all the people in the vehicle be scanned at the parking booth or just the drivers? What's to stop groups just buying 1 3 park ticket for example even if they only want to visit 2 parks, and the rest of the group purchase the cheaper 2 park ticket?

I shouldn't imagine there's anything to stop this, but why would you need more than one parking pass anyway? I have an AP (the middle one that includes parking) for Universal, my DDs have the usual 14 day one. When the 3 of us turn up in my hire car, I just show my AP. It's only the drivers that will need to purchase the ticket that will include the parking, no point anyone else having it.

The 3 park ticket is the same price as the 2 park ticket

Is it?

What's the point of a two park ticket offering then I wonder?

The one from ATD? That includes a 3 park SeaWorld/Busch/Aquatica ticket so yes that would work.
