Anyone else really annoyed about electric parade disappearing?
I have just emailed Disney to say how annoyed I am there is nothing on the schedule yet.
I just don't see the point of us going especially to MK in the evening just for Wishes, the children are better with fireworks now but still aren't overly fussed. MK is a pain to get to anyway and it just won't be the same for me without the parade. Is it just me? |

Not me. I didn't even bother going to it when I was there in September. I have seen it and SpectroMagic so many times it lost its sparkle.
I am not sure with Disney cost cutting if they will replace it or they might have something planned for a revamp along with Wishes. |

Doesn't bother me in the slightest. I thought it was tacky anyway and being in the park when it was on and trying to leave was one of the worst experiences I've ever had.

A little disappointed, as we've never got round to seeing it, so it would have been on the plan for this year.
Wouldn't say I'm annoyed though, as I appreciate that change usually means something better is on its way, and whatever that is will be another excuse for a future trip 😀

A bit but only because the rides have shorter queues when everyone is watching the parade.

I enjoyed it... But for me, changes are good. I was lucky enough to see it in August for the last time, but look how much Universal changes things, they move with the times and don't stand still.
A modernisation of it would be good though.. |

Rumour has it Paint the Night is coming from Disneyland, if this rumour is true I'll be very happy. They still have the floats to Spectromagic backstage at MK. We saw them 2 years ago on the Keys to the Kingdom tour

Yeah I am mainly disappointed that there is nothing in its place. MSEP was out of date and needed updating, I would just like a replacement.

I'm gutted. We loved it. And I fully agree with younger kids the fireworks aren't actually the main draw.
