AMI Easter Weekend activity suggestions?

We will be staying in a condo on Anna Maria Island over Easter weekend. It will be our first time there.

Can anyone give me some ideas of what we can do? We want to relax but thought a boat trip or fishing or something might be nice.

Anyone got any recommendations?

Dolphin boat trip, hire bikes, fishing off the piers, lunch/brunch at the Sandbar.

Thanks. Is there a particular company that does a dolphin boat tour - would we need to book in advance?

And has anyone ever hired a boat? Can anyone do that?

We saw dolphins and manatees on our trip with them in November.
